I have had the above model plasma tv for about 1yr and it,s packed in on me, a frien bought the same model on the same day and theirs is still working, i have checked all the internal fuses and they seem ok, and when i power on a green (LED 8033) is the only LED that comes on, anyone any ideas or is there any kind of forum out there i can get some expert advice. (That's not to say i wont get any here) It is repairable but at a extortionate price!!! thanks in advance to any help given. Cheers

Don't know if it will help you BUT - Bush TV's are notorious for suffering from dry solder joints on the circuit board arond the power supply input - if that is the case the repair is cheap - about £30.

They have and always will suffer from this because of the way they are built -

Sorry to say, but what you are experiencing is normal for a Bush product - they rarely last beyond their guarantee period.

Why? Well, they are cheap. This is because they use sub-standard components (to keep the price down). As a result, it is very common to suffer the type of problem you have with your TV.

Yours is the rule; your friend's is the exception.

Always remember, "Buy cheap, buy twice".
