In the US, the new Accord debuted for '08 and it already out on the roads. If you're in other countries it may take a little longer.

The new European market Accord will be launched next year - possibly at the Geneva Motorshow in March for a summer on-sale date. A "concept" version was displayed at the Frankfurt show in September.
