Okay, by your question it seems you dont believe in god...
Why not? Whats the harm? I mean I am no preach or anything, but why cant you just take this thing in your mind that there is a super power governing everything that happens! Okay you say its science? But to what extent? Can any one say why earth's the only planet to have water and air? Or why in the first place did earth come into existence?
Look at it like this... When you die, suppose you didnt believe in god and thought he's just a big myth... What if he's there? Then you would be rotting in hell going like, "OH! I should have believed in him" and all... But if you take this thing in your mind that yes he is there, then even if he's not, at least you would be safe from hell, even if its not there!
For your question though... He does exist, its your mentality that you think of him as a stone statue or a natural spirit!

God does exist, on earth and in heaven
he owns the property
He rules from heaven....he oversees us, but doesn't "look down on us" the way you say.... however, he is worthy of worship..
Jesus will return soon, i hope,...when he does, he will not be an ordinary citizen...he will be a king.

God tries to help everyone whether He agrees with their lifestyle or not.....He is a teacher, a healer, our Father....so....why would He look down on us. He loves us no matter what we have done!!! Therefore....I believe he would be a citizen of the earth.

Sorry there is no GOD....its a marketing ploy ! Its just like the Myth of the Colliwobbles, which has has made Collingwood the most famous, AFL Club in Australia. Opposition supporters/ detractors of Collingwood, are convinced COLLIWOBBLE'S exist, ..."they dont" ..its just a clever marketing ploy, a brain wash, and whenever Colliwobble's are mentioned . the Collingwood BRAND is constantly promoted. Um,... now sorry what were you saying about a god !

I believe God does exist. I also believe that he is everywhere. Not just on Earth, not just looking down on us. I hope that my opinion is respected and not ridiculed. I know a lot of people get angry when these kind of questions are asked, and answered.

Cant share ur uncertainty, for me God is denomination of the force that pull it all together, and "he" knows, without need of looking up or down. Imagine for a second that u place rules for the game and just quietly make it all happen, in a perfect possible way. That is God for me.
