i will be moving with my husband in Ventura, Ca and he is looking for jobs in aerospace structures design. Does anyone know any companies or know other people who know?

Prat Whitney, Lockheed, but I do not know if they have anything in Ventura.

Raytheon has a big installation in Goleta (just west of Santa Barbara). There is also the Naval Base Ventura County, where the Pacific Missile Test Center is.
Bert Rutan has his operation just outside Mojave (near Edwards AFB) where they had been working on Space Ship Two, the space tourism project. I know they took a break after the horrible accidental explosion a few months ago, so I'm not sure if they are up and running again.

There is Astro Aerospace in Carpinteria, which is a 20 minute drive north of Ventura. I know someone who used to work for them but the person also left because they weren't happy there, thought you'd like to know.
