You need something that can measure impact in PSI. Very few places have this type of machinary unfortunately.

I have seen some in higher end boxing gyms, but very few. Honestly most stuff is rigged using crash dummies and everything else.

Pretty much hard to find any one thing on your own, or even that is viable to use.

There are some instruments and sensors that can do this and Century Martial Arts marketed one a number of years back. While it may not have always been accurate like what they used in the Human Weapon series it was good in that it gave you direct feed back as to how fast you reacted and how hard you hit the pad even if it was a little in accurate sometimes. It was marketed under the name Impax and sold through Century.

A piece of equipment incorporating a "Load Cell" or "Strain Gage" .

It goes ,load cell to interface to digital read out or pc computer so you can print out the results.

I can make another one of these if you are interested.
