Man, you got that one right! Waving the flag is just a way for politicians, businesses, scoundrels, and others to misdirect the populace from real issues, and get them to focus on the sure-fire hot button issue of who can wave the flag higher, harder, or more ostentatiously. Beware! Every time someone is trying to direct your interest to flag related issues, you can bet that you are getting cheated or used in some way.
