During our lifetime, why do we age all the time?

It is like we never like to be old.

I would like for someone to intellectually answer this question. We try so hard to maintain a youthfullness about ourselvled, but inevitably we cannot stop the aging process. Why is this?

there is two questions here - unrelated

'why do we age all the time?' because that is how time and the human body works

why don't we like aging? because we live in a ageist society.
