Maybe in Liverpool. I lived there for a while and I'v seen it a few times. I'm sure you will enjoy the experience, that city has so many nice things to see. I also remember that there was a Museum in the Docks with ships so you will get a lot of info from there. Surf the net to check just in case, but I'm sure the visit will be worth it and useful. There's a big Royal Navy warship being built less than a mile from my house in Glasgow just now, at BAE Systems' yard on the Clyde.

Here in Great Yarmouth Richards are building a fishing boat and repairing a boat in their dry dock at this moment
