What really upsets me is when people judge me or treat me badly even though I've done nothing personally to them.
That makes me really upset.
Oh, and parents who abuse kids, of course....
People who senslessly kill others, especially really innocent ones..like children.
People who mistreat and kill animals, torture animals and take delight in hurting others.
Kids who ruthlessly bully other children and no one does anything about it-- Adults look on and ignore it.

IN14, I feel you, I have adopted the attitude to make the one thing in my life that bothers me the most my Jesus, a cool calm washed over me and I have been able to accept a lot of things lately that usually would set me off; however, one situation lately has really gotten me good!!!! A parent (teacher/middleschool coach) taught his 3 year old child to give the finger. This child is being taught at home to call people retarded, stupid, he even called me a punk as I was serving him a snack while cleaning up his nap pad. I am angry! He sits at my table teaching other children the new sign "my daddy taught me." Teaching is the hardest job you will ever love, but sometimes parents make it so difficult, I mean we expect it from the children, but after being in this business for over 15 years, I seriously question how much longer I'll be here.....

Disrespectful people. Sweeping generalisations. Politicians never answering a question. The Media thinking the public are stupid. People that think they know better than those that are investigating a missing child. Being forced to watch as those with money make more money while those that have little are forced to stay in that rut. People that think just because a magazine says thin is beautiful, it is correct. Political Correctness over Common Sense. Managers that ask for ethical practises then make half the work-force redundant while keeping their brand new BMW company car.

I am a substitute teacher (grades 5-8) and I just can't handle a mouthy/disrespectful kid. I have a 16 and 18 year old and I don't take it from them, I am not about to take it from other kids. Just don't know why kids think it's o.k. to disrespect any adult.

Alot of people suffer from what is called Passive Agressive Personality Disorders stemmed from childhood to even an adult stage.
These individuals that cafry this illness can strike into a rage at just about anything that disrupts their way of thinking or not accepting responsibility for their actions.
I was one who had this illness years ago and I would literally blow up at the drop of hat.
Today I am as calm as can be. Nothing gets me upset like that anymore though, I may exhibit anger is some cases, but not explosions of anger like I used to be.
It took time and patience for me to gain selfcontrol and execute my new self to be worthy to others as myself.

When people continue to put themselves down and won't listen to any good advise. Drives me up the wall when it happens and the person ends up still being really depressed. ahhhh!

i work in retail and what REALLY makes me mad are customers who are obviously having a bad day and feel its ok to just come on over and take it out on me, simply because i have rules to follow. example: last week i told a customer and her daughter that i couldn't allow them to share a changing room ( the stores rule not mine, clearly stated on door and Ive been reprimanded previously for bending said rule). the mother, on exiting threw the clothes at me and simply because i didn't rise to it and just carried on doing my job, she turned round and made monkey noises at me!! I'm bi-racial and was so stunned that a grown woman would do that and in front of her child. i took two steps towards her then remembered i was at work so walked away. luckily a member of security heard her and escorted her out of the building. I'm a total people person which is why i chose to work in retail. most of the people i serve are lovely but there are a few out there who just look at me as a servant and talk to me like I'm worse. phew! thanks for letting me get that off my chest!!! I'm off to work now, wish me luck!!!

not much, i really need to check in for anger management!
animal cruelty and 2 faced back stabbing liars are the worse.
i put a woman in hospital once because she kicked her dog (so hard it cried out in pain) because it wouldn't come to call and she had to run after it to get it.
just no need for it it makes me sick
