i go to download.com but it simply does not download!! So please don't tell me to download it. It must be some kind of security block or something on my computer, any crackers?

You may have pop-up stoppers thats blocking the active-x install, Yahoo/Google toolbars for example will block these without warning.

Click to Tools in the menu bar.
Select Internet options from the drop-down list.
Click the Security tab.
Click the Custom Level button.
Scroll dwon the new window until you find, ActiveX controls and plug-ins.
Decide whether you want to Disable, Enable or Prompt etc.
This should do it

go to tolls internet options and in the trusted sites add facebook to it then make sure all your levels are set to med-low and also that your cookies is set to accept third party cookies .
