party they were with are covering up a childs death,my worry is if they get away with murder when would we have justice for the child?

Sometimes I think the McCanns are innocent then when I see them on TV I think they are not,,,, I am really confused at their behaviour and the circumstances around Madeline's disappearance but the thing that really confuses me is....... If the McCanns were involved in Madeline's death or disappearance, how on earth can they live such a lie and continue to live as they do? I as a mother and a person would crack under the strain or have a nervous breakdown or something having to live with such a lie and having to play for the cameras for such a long time,,, I couldn't keep up the pretence and OMG if they can and did do something guilty then they are very very damaged people!!!

This is completely a "media by trial" case..
The public are very involved and everyone wants an answer..
The police are aware of this.. and therefor, the blame must be passed to someone.. the public want some one to blame..
Unfortuntaly like many other cases "eg, Natasha Karpinzki, the dingo baby case- The innocent parents (in the cases I have mentioned) are always first to blame when there are no other answers..
You should be careful when posting these kind of questions and how you phrase it as this topic is extremely controversial.. Many people feel compelled to be emotionally involved in this particular case.. and so I think that questions of this kind should not be posted on yahoo..
But thats just my opinion..

I think at this stage even if they are guilty no charges will be brought against them. They have played a clever game with their publicity and now its at the stage where the general public are past caring about the case.
I dont see a resolution to this nor a conviction for this case coming any time soon, I am not sure if justice will ever be done.
Its a waiting game now, and we will be waiting so long I think it may be forgotten

Firstly I'm not Pro McCann !
However i have absolutely no doubt that even if they are eventually charged and brought to Court..they will get off with it....NO DOUBTS !
As i can just see where this is heading.......cause the first thing their Lawyers will shout is the fact that with ALL the intense media speculation and rumours..THEY would never receive a fair trial !
Why do you all think 'Team McCann' have courted the Media to such a degree from day one ?
Can't you just see the headlines now... I CAN !
I'm still not 100% sure of their Guilt or Innocense either way with regards to the actual disappearance of Maddie...NONE OF US ARE....however i am certain of their Guilt with regards to neglect !
But either way... that Tabloid Headline will be their saving grace !

They haven't been charged with child desertion..or abandonment yet.a crime they have admitted.So why should they be charged with anything more serious,especially now the Prime Minister,Gordon Brown,an alleged family friend ,is supporting them.I wonder what other criminals he ,and the Labour Party support.

Patience...this is not 'Wire in the Blood' series finale. This is a missing child and serious allegations. For the McC there is 'no getting away with it' neglect and possible death by misadventure lay firmly at their Catholic feet. It depends on how you view justice and if you want vengence?
Personally, they will have to live with the degree of guilt they have - and only they are privy to that degree - until the body or Madeline is found.

I have said over & over again that i believe myself that they did it, WHY do people get so nasty when people think that they did have somthing to do with the death.
Do people get nasty with those who think they are innocent, who are you to think you are correct that they did not do it?.
Police have said they think they did, just because they are doctors means they are doctors only & not goody goody 2 shoes.
People should have respect on other peoples views,they get arragant when they think that their answer is the correct one only.
I think kate & gerry will get of with it 100%, if they did this crime then yes they got away with murder if not then they deserve to be free, but even though I THINK THEY DID IT, i would prefer to let them go as we dont know eaither way.
BUT those who think they are innocent are alright to think they are and those who believe they are not have more evidence,as there is non on an kidnapper.

You believe what you like. I prefer to believe in justice based on an evidence base, a fair court trial and not a witch hunt based on wild press speculation. After all, thats the British way, innocent until proven guilty.

unless madeleine or her body is found i dont think we'll ever get to the bottom of this case.whether they have had anything to do with her disappearance i dont know, but they should be punished for child neglect.anyone who leaves their young children unattended whilst they socialise should be prosecuted.The mcanns, am afraid, will be charged with sod all,it is a cert.
