That's ridiculous!! I'm 25 and know what rubix cubes are, he must not have had one as a child. The last time I felt old (and I know 25 isn't old) was a month or so ago when I answered a question about GCSEs, and realised that I did mine nearly 10 years ago, which seems like such a long time.

I feel old all the time, but I am 28. However, I know what a Rubik cube is and yes, I played with one growing up.

yeah the kids have this new toy the rubiks cube i think i was 8 or 10 when it came out and they are making a big deal like i never saw one before! OMG just laugh

Sometimes people just don't know history. I remember a friend going to the Titanic movie years ago and overhearing a teenager getting mad at her friends for telling her the boat sinks because it ruined the ending for her!
What makes me feel old is all this I-tune stuff and the whole text messaging shorthand that I see show up here, sometimes I need a decoder.

The young ones are dumb in some ways. They don't realize how great the 80's were. However, they do get all that computer stuff so i guess we can't lynch them all.
I felt old when i bought beer and i didn't get carded. I got carded up until i was about 28 and now i am 33 and i never get carded. I feel insulted.

...and I feel old all the time :) Like when I get out of bed and my joints protest. lol (and I am only 18) AND especially when my friends keep asking me questions about things before I was born and I know the answer :)

My brother in law was talking about the song Elton John wrote for Diana, I said it was originally written for Marilyn, he still thinks I'm taking the piss. Also, he didn't know that the film Alfie with Jude Law is a remake. He's 25.

I last felt old when talking about childrens tv programs. I was raving on about Trapdoor, and my mate (19 years old) was looking at me like I was a mentalist. Then again I was singing the themetune, doing impressions etc.
