The winner for promo work and unkayfabe acting...Vincent Kennedy McMahon! You have to admit that Vince has some of the best reactions, facial expressions, and (aside from maybe this year) some of the funniest and best dry-wit backstage promos ever.
Our next award is for selling a convincing kayfabe injury and gaining second winds goes to....Shawn Michaels. Shawn can slap on a glassy eyed look of having a concussion in a heartbeat, and as far as convincing second winds go, Michaels may as well be called the Comeback Kid, because more times than not, he plays the role of underdog.
And the next award is for scene stealing and it goes to...the Undertaker. Taker has one of the best presences in wrestling history. When that death bell tolls, and the lights go down, you get goosebumps and you KNOW Taker's on his way. I always get a mystified feeling of watching a legend coming to life every time taker comes out. He's had some of the most original parlor tricks and mind games in wrestling history. It will be a sad day when Mark Calloway hangs up the boots.
And those are the winners of the annual PCS Awards.

For ECW, Christian has made an impact and really boosted the whole show. He's not my favourite but he adds an ounce more entertainment that anyone else on that roster. For Raw, I'd say John Cena has made the biggest impact. He's come in and changed loads rules. He's made WWE PG pretty much. Or helped it anyway, that is a massive impact whether you like the PG thing or whether ya hate it. On Smackdown I'd say Undertaker has made the biggest impact to this brand specifically. He's given a lot to WWE, but he really boosted this brand. Made an impact, massive impact. However, overall I'm gona say HBK has made the biggest impact to the whole of WWE. He's bought seriousness to the game, he's bought humour and he's bought emotions. The impact he's made is he's turned some fans into seeing the brighter picture and thinking more outside the box. HBK is the perfect role model because he does business and he gets the job done in ring but he's a role model in life itself. It's hard to explain what I'm getting at but HBK has made an impact from day 1. If he doesn;t count as current then I'll say John Cena. x

Randy Orton. He's easy to hate, he can make himself believably injured, especially selling concussions, and his mic skills are some of the best on RAW (behind, of course, the veterans). Mickie James and Kane play convincing psychos, so they're up there too, but the the role for Outstanding Actor has to go to Orton. He can sell just about any move realistically (the key word), he cuts outstanding promos, and, he can carry a crowd.

That would be Edge or Randy Orton.
Both are 100% over as heels.
Back in the day Stone Cold was funny, X-Pac was entertaining, HBK used to be an awesome heel, his arrogance was totally believable.
A mention must go to Carlito who is relishing his heel role again.
Other good entertainers were Eddie and Rock.

Randy Orton.
This man has the power to make us all believe that he is injured when the slightest of all hits or kicks--i.e. Sweet Chin Music to his jaw by way of HBK) are administered to him. He can sell his psychotic demeanor and make us think that he is really a psychopath bent on killing all that stand in his way (legend or not). I think I just stare into the TV when I see him come out to the ring and wait to see what happens next.

Oh I am sorry, you said Acting Award, not Over Acting.
Mick Foley back in the day, did the best promos. End of discussion.

i'd have to say Ric Flair. the guy has been doing a d@mn good job of it pretty much his entire career. if you watch promos of him back in the 80s, he still has that same tone of voice and speech he did today way back then. especially if he's doing one where he's supposed to be pi$$ed off. plus, he's great at acting like he's hurt when in the ring.
