Last pregnancy when I had that snot-like goo, my already-mom friends said it was my plug that I was losing. Mine didn't have any blood in it, though. I wonder if show and plug are the same thing? Should probably look that up, huh?

Hmmm, Okay I just looked it up. Show and plug are the same thing. It is one of the 3 signs of labor (the other 2 being water breaking and contractions, of course). BUT not everyone experiences all of them in advance. And some experience the plug thing WAY in advance. I think I was about 6 weeks out when I lost mine. But it IS a sign that your body is getting things ready. But whether your body is little miss preparation or little miss procrastinator...who knows!

That sound about right but I would not call family and Friends just yet telling them your in labor sometimes you can have that happen and still have weeks to go it all depends on your body. You may want to call the Doc in the morning and they may want to see you but if not don't worry about it as long as your not contracting a lot.
