Do you think smokeing bud should be legal? i think it should be, but i think there should be rules like you can smoke it certain places and stuff like that.I just do see why it is illigal to smoke it because it's your own choice, if we want to mess up our own minds by using it.If smoking bud is illigal then other thing should be illigal to because you can hurt your self in many ways that arn't even nearly as worse as smoking bud!

this is to el scott, i'm saying smoking bud should be legal because it's not hurting anyone physicaly like in ur example of child sex.
yup the government wants to make anything illigal if they can't get money for it!!!

So if someone thinks something should be legal then we should legalize it because plenty of other things are equally bad besides their particular hang-up? There are plenty of pedos out there that are actually arguing for legalized child sex because they believe children want to have sex with them. So following your logic we should legalize pedophilia because these pedos would like it to be legalized. Besides it's perfectly legal for older people to have sex with one another and they could get STDs or unwanted pregnancies that way.............

Yes, it should be legal. The only reason it's not has more to do with politics than it being "bad for us." Alcohol is WAY more poisonous than pot could ever be, yet that's legal. If anything I think pot should be legal and alcohol should be the illegal drug.
There's never been proof that it messes up your mind as you said. In fact, I got straight A's in college the semesters that I was indulging in the Great Herb.
There should be a legal age of 21 and laws governing where it's Ok to smoke it, just like alcohol.

sooner or later it will become legal, if for no other reason than to make money from it. When it is legal, the taxes on it will be so high that no one will want to smoke...then again, people still smoke cigs
