Context is everything.. shouldn't their punishment be far worse if they ask it under Mathematics than Special Education, Homework Help or Philosophy? Maybe we need a Juvenile Questions section...

I would say it's borderline on being abuse, it's certainly annoyance.
I would prefer that Y could move these questions to another category, e.g. Juvenile or Tired Questions.

I haven't been around enough today to see it, but I know it shows up a lot. My response is to say "You know, you're not original nor witty", followed by links to 20 examples of the last time the question was asked.
