I have a drivers license, Can I drive in a different state if that state has a different license? I am fully licensed but everyone keeps telling me that I can't drive anywhere out side of the state on the license that I have. I need to know as I'm driving to vegas tomorrow. I don't want the cops to pull me over and arest me.

A license issued in any state is valid in all states. I can't honestly believe that anyone is telling you you can't drive outside of your own state -- unless you run with a gaggle of absolute idiots.

Yeah your friends are full of crap. If you have a legal license to drive in the state that you live. then you are free to go from state to state with out any problems. Now the cops may still pull you over if your speeding and cite you. so becarfull about your speed. Have a good trip and tell your friends they are full of crap, and to read up on the regulated driving laws for all states.

if you have a full drivers license you can drive anywhere, with exception of young drivers driving at night in some areas. There are curfews in many states for minors.
If you have a learners permit to driver you have more restrictions and need to check with the state involved.

You are able to drive to another state with your license. If you move to another state, you must get your license changed to the other state's. Have a good time!

You can drive anywhere within your country that you get your license. It does not matter which state so long that your vehicle is properly registered with ROV and have a car insurance.

If you are an adult with a legal license in the US, you can drive anywhere you want to with your license.

No you are good. As long as you do not plan to stay over 10 days, you are a visitor. That goes for the entire US.
