ANytime he is in a great deal of pain-like a broken bone, etc. Or great emotional pain, like the loss of a pet, etc. Let's put it this way, both men and women have tear ducts, and real men cry. It's okay. The shortest verse in the Bible states "Jesus wept".
I'm a female, so I personally think it's okay for a guy to cry, in the right situations. Not to "fake it" to get a woman's sympathy.

Any. Any one that is acceptable for a female to cry is just as applicable to males.
The 'men are supposed to be tough' expectation society has on the male gender is more detrimental to an individual's well being and emotional expression than it helps him.
If one wants compassion, then one must know how to give compassion.

There is no wrong time for a man to cry. Men are held to such strange standards that they feel like their masculinity is threatened in most situations. Just break from the mold and go with your heart.

Anything that involves an emotion:
a death of someone close
a wedding
a birth
a tragic event like 911
a sad movie or song
a beautiful sight like a rainbow or sunset
... and many other reasons for a man to cry just as women do.

Death in the family.
Child's Graduation.
Grand child born.
At a movie.
Most anything that provoke the emotion to cry.

Well, it is acceptable for a guy to cry anytime. If he hadn't cried at all for all of his life, he wouldn't be called a human.

Whenever they are upset. Guys have just as many feelings as women so why shouldn't they cry? It takes a real man to admit he is hurting.

Where did you get this silly idea that boys need a situation to cry.It is acceptable for any guy to cry.It is very hard for me to symphathize but I am not a boy so i how can help you.

Real men cry when they are emotionally in pain. It is acceptable to me because I cry when I'm upset. We may be different genders, but we're all human.
