They are all very quick movers...seen a mouse run out from under my car and it was super fast. LOL

The mouse would win simply because it's life depends on it out running the snake! Cockroaches never run in the open for long they run for shelter and so the roach would do just that and be out of the race!!!

It is like the usual story.
If hundred crows are on a tree, and if one was shot down, how many remain. In mathematics with absence of Logic. there has to 99 more crows remaining. But Logic says, all the remaining crows flee away when a gun shot killed one.
Here mouse is the most intelligent one among the three. But Snake is the powerful one. hence snake may swallow the mouse and the cockroach flee away, then who will be in the race? It is you and me, scratching head. I don't know, if there are more hidden secrets in your question.
I feel that children will answer better, such question rather than me.

cockroach: too stupid and won't run very fast(but it's scary!!)
snake: what kind of snake do you mean?? anyways no a snake won't win cause it likes to attack more!

That's why I'm glad the zodiac doesn't have roaches. Without roaches, the mouse would win, simply by climbing on top of the snake. But, with roaches, the mouse would climb on top of the snake, and the roach would climb on top of the mouse.
