Rush is an idiot just like his listeners.
It just goes to show he isn't interested in facts or accuracy, just the sound of his own voice bellowing his drug-fueled lies and hatred.
Since the man flunked out of community college and has been in an oxycontin-induced delerium for as long as anyone can remember, I say we give him a pass on that one.

Because they find the term "Democratic" party to be offensive, as if the Republican party isn't Democratic.

Rush is a long time conservative. He is not a "neo-conservative." Learn some basic English, please.
I think the term "democrat party" is appropriate to describe that group of people. If you look up the definition of the term "democratic" you will see that it does not apply to democrats.

He'd be correct if he called them the Democratic Socialist party. Otherwise, he is right to call them the Democrat party because calling them the Democratic party would be a lie.

Present day Democrats are doing everything possible to destroy our present system of democracy and therefore, aren't worthy of the title.
