Thanks for the question, It forces me to check my intentions with my actual actions. Mmmhh ... I have two rituals: 1- When I have energy and am ok 2- When am very tired and feel lazy which is 2 or 3 times a week.
Around 11:30pm I check my e-mail, update my calendar, check my TO DO's and Appointments for next day, check what to wear next day, last of laundry in the washer and dryer, eat some cereal with fruit cocktail, check the stepcat (my ex's cat) for food and let him out, do an inventory of the day: what went well what needs improvement, pray, meditate go to bed. It takes about 2 hrs.
When am feeling exhausted and without any energy left
I check my e-mail, and calendar, check the cat, quick inventory of the day: what went well what needs improvement, pray and go to bed it takes about 20 minutes at most.

Here is my ritual.
1)I give my cats fresh water.
2)I feed my fish.
3)I turn off the living room light.
4) I mute the tv, but leave the the tv on.
5)I brush my teeth and use the bathroom.
6)I come back in the living room to turn off my fish's light for the night.
7)I go to bed and say my prayers.
Cheers

I always check my bed for tiny objects such as needles, coins etc.
Because I am afraid that I might swallow them while I am dreaming.
Many times I have woke up in the middle of the night, after dreaming of swallowing an object . Scary part is I will the feeling of an object in my throat.
Also I will always make sure to check whether if my braces are still there. Cos I always feel as if I have swallowed them.

This is probably the wrong section for that question ... must have keyed on the word 'ritual'. However, I can recommend that you see a counselor or your family doctor, because it sounds like you're suffering from OCD.

Get off phone, go pee, brush teeth, turn on the TV, climb in bed, make the blanket JUST right. Watch Tv for about 5 minutes, turn it off, get on side, curl up and dream.

Wow, I don't do that much.
I wash my face, brush my teeth, put on toner, then moisturizer, take my medicine, and usually sit in bed on the computer for a while!! Then finally its bed time.

I drag my laptop and charger to bed. I usually watch a movie in bed and spend some time on Y/A. I do that until I can't stay awake anymore.

Vicks Vapor Rub, Breathe Rights, Mending my open wound, and putting aloe very on my Ezema. Nothing exciting, and it gets pretty darn boring and repetative.
