Legal: To link sites (like you have)

Illegal: to make profit from it (i.e. because you didn't ask the author about it, you may not be giving royalties).

However, if someelse you've shown the link to makes a profit from it, you're not in trouble - you've just shown them the link. An analogy is saying "there's the drug dealer - do what you want"

Well first of all, sharing mp3s is NOT illegal. Sharing copyrighted content without permission IS illegal. So a site can host mp3s as long as they have permission from the artist. Secondly, if you're linking people to it, I would say that you probably can't get in legal trouble, but you might get asked at some point, by your hosting company perhaps, to remove those links if they lead to an illegal sharing site.

Illegal unless you have the express permission of the person who created the song.
Unlikely in your case.

Got to be legal. You are only supplying the info and not the product. Its the person who downloads the product who is acting illegally.

i don't think it's illegal if you share it... but if you sell it or use it to make money.. then you may have a problem.. i think? i really don't know but this is my basic understanding. ;)

No, it is not illegal.

ex:
You can tell someone where a gun is located, but you will not be charged if they use the gun to commit a crime.
