I really have no choice in the matter....at some point in time everyone i care about does move on with their lives...and i feel such a bitter-sweet sadness to know that things wont ever be like they were, but i know its inevitable, so i just try to handle it the best way i can.

That's a hard one when friends move in and out of your life...although sad, I try to see the merit in the change, perhaps it is for the betterment of the person leaving...but it is by no means easy seeing them go...
Life is forever changing whether we like it or not... I cope by wishing my friends all the Happiness, Peace and Love on their new journey...(and shed a lil tear)...

change is always there, even when we do not perceive it.
The Buddha said that suffering arises from attachment.
. I deal with change by accepting it and accepting that everything, and every non-thing like life and love and other emotions, are impermanent and just try to allow the flow through my entire being when I am reciting the sutra.

I do have difficulty with change, but try to just roll with it. Without change there is no life, no growth, no movement in life. Some change is good, some not so good. Change tests our ability to learn from change, to think our of the box. It gives us the ability to meet new people, see new places. So when change comes try to have a good attitude and find something good about it.

When I was a child we used to move all the time and it was terrible for me. Losing all my friends and starting over again and again. It is much worse for the one that leaves.
You can keep in touch in many ways, you can buy a computer camera or you can use the messenger for direct contact.
And you will have a good reason to travel! What about that?

I accept change as a rule in life. Some things are more difficult to adjust to than others.

Stay on the phone with them as often as possible and for as long as possible. There is no other way to cope.

Unfortunately, change is part of life.
The evolution of the world...
The best thing you can do is wish your friend that best...
It'll never be the same but, you will have the memories.
