Personally, I would not worry about. However, about 50% of the people on here would go insane because they would not be on the computer talking and solving the Mccann case.

Along with all the rest of the electricians & and electrical engineers, I'd be busting my 16 to 20 hours a day to get it back on line. It would not be a fun 4 months for us.

good question, something everybody should think about for sure. We'd all have to rough it. Everything would come to a grinding halt and there might be a lot of chaos at first, but we'd manage. But this is a reality in these times and I think we should all have a small stash in our homes of food & stuff. We've always had it easy here in the US but these are strange times and anything can happen.

I cannot imagine my life without electricity. I would have to hand-wash my family's clothes, cook rice using the gas stove, get fresh meat and vegetables everyday at the market, sweat in the office, doing all my work manually because all the PCs, typewriters, photocopy machines, fax machines cannot operate. etc

I would hate it. I would be really frustrated what with no hot water and no lights or stove or anything. I do not like camping so I would really hate it. I would probably go holiday somewhere that still had electricity

We´d get by. Where we live we cook with gas and we heat the house with a log fire. We also have solar panels. In winter the sun is in the sky until 6pm. It would be cosy at night with candles.
