When i go to PC HEALTH STATUS on the BIOS it does not show the system temperature. it only shows the cpy temperature and i have windows xp home edition and the cpu temp is very hot around 60-90 degrees celsius. is there a way to cool the pc down and show the system temp????

Try Everest or Speedfan. If there is still no system temperature, system temp sensing was not implemented on your motherboard.
For your processor, try cleaning your heatsink and its fan then apply thin layer of thermal paste on top of processor. Reinstall heatsink properly. Consider a better cpu cooler and in improving PC case ventilation.
