Its going to be announced at 5:00 AM today.

So this guy that says at 3:00 Gore didnt win, is full of it.

I think he should win, because think of the tremendous awareness globally hes raised.
Finally he has even this stubborn U.S. administration discussing it.

And this truly is something for all humanity to be aware of.

NEXT, I think he should really step inthe the presidentcy.

If anything, his work on global warming shows a genuine concern for people, inspite of not gaining the presidentcy..
Thats something this currect president cant claim, because all Bush has ever stood for was Oil, Greed, Lying
and avoiding serving his country in Vietnam

No. Just nominated. And the nominations can only be made by elected members of Federal legislatures or professors of political science or history. It should be noted that Mister Gore's nomination came from two members of the Norwegian Storting and not from any member of the American Federal Legislature or any American academic.
