What is the most physically painful thing you could think of?

I'm afraid to say it, like I might cause it to happen by even speaking it. Anything sharp going into my eyeball, or even chewing on tinfoil with all these mercury fillings in my mouth.

no hmm. being burryed alive and trying to get out, labor - girls, held down in water, needle in eye, put on fire, chocked.

Someone drilling out your belly button. Burning in a fire isn't that painful because 3rd degree burns kill nerves so you don't feel as much as you would think. and child birth is only really painful because guys cant do it and say it isnt that bad.

I did a Joe Theisman like fall and broke my leg just like he did two years ago, it still hurts. So to me falling again and having to go back through the surgery etc. is something I just can't handle. I'm allergic to pain meds, which makes it worse.

That i've experience labor and childbirth but other than that many answers could be found from any of the saw movies. being burned to death or sawing your leg off.
