When I was 3 years old, I tripped on an untied shoe lace, and fell down a flight of stairs, I can't even remember where I was. All I remember is those ugly brown stairs, since then I have somewhat of a phobia of, brown carpet...........

Yeah...I fell down our steps leading into our house.
I inflammed a muscle in my lower back by that stupidity. And get this....I'm only 15!!!! Like....you would expect an old dude that's been working for years to have back problems....Nope, just my luck...I get to be a 15 year old with a broken back!! Lmao
Cheers
Edit: And also at a stadium where the steps were really steep.....I fell down like 5 or 6 steps and bunch of people ran over to me and helped. It was funny...I had just skinned both my knees a few days earlier (I was like 8 at the time of this) and they all thought I like skinned my knees by falling. Wow, what fun times!!!!

I've fallen up the stairs before. I've started to fall down stairs, but it frightens me so I've always been able to somehow catch myself. Adrenaline rush, I guess.

Yes, Both, Several times.
During the 1990's I was bouncin down the back stairwell inside the office building I worked. I bounced over the last two steps and landed chest first on the rubber tile floor.
Another associate saw it happen and helped me up.
Had to go to Manager's office and file accident report.
My ankle started to swell.
Had to go to ER for x-ray and submit drug test.
I was clean and mean
Pulled several tendons and tissue in my right ankle.
I was in soft splint for about three weeks.
Falling up steps happens when I bounce over a step or two... Put paws in front of me to catch the step to avoid tumbling head over heel backward.

haha... so many times. a lot of the time it was caused by my sister though. like at christmas time we always had to start at the top of the stairs and run down to the presents. every time that i can remember... haha... my sister would push me down the stairs and i would hit the wall. it hurt, but i was young.

I slipped down a few of them the other day... skinned up my elbow and bruised by butt a little. Not fun. I fell down three steps on an escalator when I was little... I really don't know how I stopped. That wasn't fun either. I fall up them all the time.
