A squall line is a cluster or a line of cumulonimbus clouds ( thunderstorm clouds). It usually means your in for a pretty awesome thunderstorm, with the possibility of a tornado. If the thunderstorm clouds get high enough, possible hail as well.

A squall line is a violent convective phenomena(usually severe thunderstorms) extending along a line or belt ahead of a cold front.Precipitation,hail, frequent lightning and strong winds are possible during a squall line.Tornados also may form.Sometimes an upper trough may induce line squalls.

Arasan nailed this answer perfectly. We had a squall line here in N. Texas last Monday and it was pretty scary. Hopefully this Monday we won't have a repeat of last Monday's weather.
