first of all culture is nothing related to money
The Indian Culture or the indus valley civillisation
has more relevance than any of them.
Now, Arabs were once robbers and smugglers and
after the coming of the prophet the became more cultured.
chineese had good sculptures and other
things but
their culture is cruel

Chinese don't care about non-Chinese.
I have no idea about Arabs, other than they culturally suffer in masses with a very wealthy few.
No country or culture in planet earth gives more money than Americans, specifically Texans, Californians and New Yorkers.
Now if you were talking about wedding gifts within a small community, I can believe that certain Arabs and Chinese are very giving. But as a group, I don't think that's the case.

from lots of experience of myself and others caucasians are the most generous followed by arabs and chinese with blacks being the least generous by far. (unless its an arab being generous to an arab and chinese to chinese then they both are very generous to people of thier own culture.)

italians love to keep the generosity within the family, so do arabs and asians.... and i do have the right to say this as i am one of those nationalities!!!! indians no...... i dunt know Im just guessing the brits??????? When it comes to food the greeks for sure are generous!!!
