Today people of different countries work together, live together and enjoy together. The feeling of difference is slowly reducing with the spread of globalisation. The invent communication networks such as internet ,mobile has reduced the distance.This is the time to think about converting world into a city where we have the feeling of togetherness.

The world is a really nasty place. People are very cruel and vicious, especially beyond the borders of the West.
All of the technology that was created that you mention were creations of military innovations. That's the causal force that drives innovation.
Sure, we have millionaires and billionaires from high tech, but the engines they are using come from Defense budgets, and then placed into commercial use.
We're headed into a bloodier century than the last. Watch.

The world is already a global city. India stands at distance due to our wrong embedded concepts like swadesi and things like that. The mindset to become global is still a dream even though Indians work around the globe, mainly due to our reservations about other religions and culture.
