I think I know what you 'know what is'.
You mean a blood blister not a blood clot as you can not see them on the surface of the skin.
Goodness knows how you got it. And that's your business. But if it's been there for a few weeks and getting bigger. Go to your Doctor to have it looked at and lanced.
Doesn't it hurt?

Tell your mum. I know that maybe hard. But you need to so she can arrange a Doctor's visit.

14 go to your school nurse explain to her or ask her to take a look. She can better tell you what to do.

geez, no, I don't know "what". If you have a problem that worries you talk to your mom or a doctor. Don't expect people to read your mind!!
