Ask mom to go to the doctor, you may need to see a urologist. They deal with urinary and penile related issues. I'm assuming you need to go to a primary care physician first though to get it checked out.

Good luck. Don't be scared to talk to your mom. I'm sure she had things that embarrassed her and you can even preface the conversation that way.

I read the story. Here's your friend's problem and how to fix it. Loss of semen drastically lowers testosterone levels and slows the metabolism.

Testosterone is responsible for:
# Maintenance of muscle mass and strength
# Maintenance of bone density and strength
# Mental and physical energy
# Male characteristics

If you want further evidence then watch any porn video online and look at the male actors. Not a single one has abs and most have no muscle definition at all. If sex is trully exercise like many americans think then these guys should be ripped.

Sexual tension is a myth. Sexual urges can be easily controlled. Also most men are addicted to sex and don't realize it so once you break the addiction it will be a lot easier.

Lastly I'm an atheist...so don't pin any religious bullshit on me.

nope, not going to read your story, if it is a medical problem and you are not a doctor, you cannot help your friend.
