Back in he 1960's, it was novelty time. There were cents with a small bust of JFK facing good old Abe. There were the outlines of all 50 states to the right of Abe. That is just a few examples. You have one of these coins and at least you know where it came from. Most companies that did it, are lost to history. Littleton coin is still with us and has a website, I think it is www.littlecoin.com but a google search will find it if I am wrong. They may not have anyone there that remembers it, except of the owner who is kind of retired and his son or sons run the business now. As for value you need to find the right person who wants it. It is not a coin collector item. These days on line auctions make it easier to bring seller and buyers together even though it is not a fool proof system. I like to see what I am buying when it comes to coins not a scan or photo.

It's not an official release from the US Mint, so there won't be much real interest in it from coin collectors (numismatists).
Collectors of 60's memorabilia or Batman memorabilia might be interested, however.

Please post a link to a picture.
Somehow, I don't think this is an actual US mint coin. The best I can think of is that it may be a memorabilia coin from the TV show, comic book, or from a cereal box.
One of Batman's enemies (named Penny Plunderer) was obsessed with pennies, and in one volume of the comic book, he tried to crush Batman with a giant penny.

I actually bought 10 different stamped pennies from Littleton all dated 1969. I was a kid! I am keeping them for my grand kids.

Taiping is correct. It's a novelty coin that was counter stamped. Other counter stamping examples can be viewed here:
