India is doing well without a coach , they won the T20 W.C without a coach , though they have a fielding & bowling coach ....& its good that they are both are indians (Robin Singh & Venkatesh Prasad ) So if BCCI decides for a coach , atleast it shoud be Indian .Why give credit to some foreigner when team does well . But i think present scenario is working fine .

An Indian should be selected as the coach. There are many senior players like Ravi Sastri, Kapil Dev, Gavaskar.

I think after experiencing Greg Chapell i dont think team needs coach.
Only Team Work And Unity is only to be gained to win the matches.
