When I was in college, every time there was a debate, someone would say: "Define your terms". So, what do you call poor? I am poor: I do not pay income taxes, and haven't since President Reagan passed the Omnibus Tax Bill of 1986!
If you are paying income taxes, you are not poor.
Of course, there is still property taxes, sales taxes and, oh, so many more taxes! Me, I think ALL taxes should be based on the ability to pay, with NO loop holes. That would be fair! I am tired of people earning more than a MILLION DOLLARS a year who do not pay a single cent in income taxes! So, on that point, I entirely agree with you.
But, the problem includes the Liberal Supreme Court, the Liberal Congress and the Liberal Media, all of whom support lower taxes for the wealthy than for the rich and lower taxes for the rich than for the poor.

I like the sentiment but the simple truth is that the extremely poor do not pay taxes. The extremely rich still pay the most. They devote the majority of their time trying to avoid paying anything they can and the poor pay nothing and have nothing to pay with even if it were demanded. Those who pay very little taxes don't need to worry about how to avoid paying another dime. They should instead worry about getting the service from their government that they do pay for.

Get rich quick schemes in the capitalist business world, (buyouts, IPOs, conglomerates, acquisitions, mergers, and the stock market), do not actually work. Remaining solvent does not actually exist within false economics capitalism.
Profit existing in the capitalist business world, or millionaires existing within capitalism, is pathological deception committed by the 21 organizations spying on the population with plain clothes agents, (with covert fake names and fake backgrounds).
Actual economics is the persons paying the monthly business loan payments of companies voting at work in order to control the property they are paying for.
Capitalism is the psychology of imaginary parents, false economics, and the criminal deception of employees that are paying the bills (including the stocks and bonds, or shares) of companies.
Anti-democracy republicanism is the psychology of imaginary parents and false government.

Where do you think you will work? When is the last time a poor person hired you? Think about it carefully. You won't have a job with your plan. You sould like a Liberal Democrat Socialist.
