the cia...? assassin?

Question

im supposed to be a assassin for the CIA .
for my theater class.
i dunno what to wear as a costume though.
it must be realistic & smoething i can actually buy.
what does a CIA agent wear?
what does an assassin wear?

Dress like you were a secretary at a very conservative bank or college- EXCEPT do not wear heels or anything else that would stop you from running fast. A plain but comfortable and presentable navy dress or pantsuit would be perfect because if you (as an assassin) had to make a getaway, that would fit in with almost any crowd (casual or dressier) without being noticed, and if someone were to report you to the police or ask if you've been seen there are going to be a dozen women in basic color business attire.
What would really be perfect is if you have any type of reversible jacket or skirt- something that somebody who might need an instant change of appearance might wear, or a not very noticeable and easily removed wig and glasses (but UNDERstated, not obvious- okay if it looks like a wig, but as long as it looks like a wig you'd see everyday on a busy street.)
In other words- dress like Jodie Foster in most of her movies where she plays a professional. :)

Some trivia that doesn't help you here but is true nonetheless: the most popular/common disguise worn by CIA and other spies is that of a homeless person. It's because homeless people can go anywhere so they're not suspicious, and yet people go out of their way not to make eye contact or talk to them.
The city on earth with the most spies, U.S. and foreign, is Washington DC, which is also crawling with homeless people. Makes you paranoid when you live there knowing that the old man asking for change on the corner might have killed the president of Chile or be listening to a conversation in the Ecuadorian embassy! ;)

Interesting that no one notes that the CIA does not employ assassins. When a an enemy such as Bin Laden is targeted for elimination, a special ops unit is assigned the job, and cannot assassinate even him without the go ahead from the White House.
