There are many fields that you may enter at the graduate level with an undergraduate degree in another field.

You can enter any graduate program but you may have to complete some prerequisite courses and we could be talking about more than a year of full time depending upon what you want to do.

I have a BA in Music and I did a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development and am now working on an MBA for example. A friend of mine completed her BA in Music and went on to get a Master of Science in Instructional Technology. Another friend finished his BA in Music and is now doing a Master's in teacher education and yet another will finish her BA in Music in May and will be entering an MA in Museum Studies next fall. I know people in an MFA in writing and none of them have an undergrad in English.

Your undergrad major doesn't always matter. Sometimes though, it does matter. If you wanted to enter a Master of Music program with your BS in business, you'd face some real challenges but it could be done.

First decide what it is you'd like to study at the graduate level - then look to see if you can get in those programs.

If you already have a degree in Business and want a masters degree in something totally unrelated you are wasting your money. Because you will have core classes that you will need to take. You will find yourself in classes with undergrads, but you are paying graduate fees to get the same information.
It is better to get a double major, then get a masters if you need it. I can't help you there because you did not give us the program you are interested in.
