All of the Main Stream Media are ignoring the message Congressman Ron Paul from Texas is spreading. It is clear, once people hear his message via the activism of those already informed, that Dr. Paul's message of freedom and peace is what the people want. Therefore, as the MSM ignores his message, are they exposing themselves to the penalty of treason?

I realize the 1st Amendment exists as an escape clause for the MSM, but the fact remains, the MSM are the only ones who are ABLE to exercise the 1st Amendment. They have CHOKED any message that does not serve a neoconservative agenda.

Therefore, it seems reasonable to me that since the MSM is VIOLATING OUR ABILITY TO EXERCISE OUR 1ST AMENDMENT RIGHTS, that they should face charges of, and suffer the penalty prescribed for, TREASON once Ron Paul is elected President.

What are your thoughts?

I don't believe we should charge the media with treason, though I don't see why Ron Paul shouldn't consider using the government to redistribute ownership of the media once he is elected. I think he should consider eminent domaining the media and giving the networks to people who will do a much better job of reporting the news (especially since the Supreme Court ruled that it is constitutional to eminent domain private property for private usage). He could also consider using eminent domain to take the war profits back from the military-industrial complex and give them back to the American people.

We don't need to charge the media with treason, but it would help to redistribute illegitimately acquired property to people who would be more legitimate owners.

Treason? What makes the mainstream media mainstream? Ron Paul has as much right to freedom of the press as does the New York Times, The Christian Science Monitor or some guy running a 50 watt AM radio station, who is a prophet to some and a crackpot to others.

Do you mean to say that with Ron Paul as president of the US that all news media would be charged with and then punished for treason? Hugo Chavez's treatment of his country's media seems promiscuous by comparison.

"Sentence first; verdict later!" Seems to me I've read that somewhere.

My wager is that the media might decide to affiliate the Tea social gathering as a fundamentalist christian flow than a generic flow in direction of constrained government interior the Republican social gathering, and has in fact succeeded at this element. it truly is easy to stir up concern between the generic public of the democratic base and areas of the republican besides by potential of showing video of Rick Perry maximum advantageous are prayer group, or Michelle Bachmann's religious rates, and then call them the terrific suited tier applicants. Ron Paul's stances on restricting government authority are actually not observed by potential of heavy surpassed religious sentiment which makes him extra stable to demonize. as a effect the media basically does not disguise something he does. This leads to a spiral the place people who might like his message do not know approximately him and then help the 'suitable-tier' applicants. finally, he's handed over to create an better partisan divide in this united states of america so as that the status quo of two social gathering large government is less complicated to maintain.

The MSM- reflect the REST of Us. -They're like a bunch of Cattle that will stampede "en masse"- in ONE direction and ONE direction ONLY- until they latch onto ANOTHER "cause"- and then go racing off in THAT direction. Ron Paul is like a little bird- twittering in the grass. The stampeding "Cattle" can't hear Paul's message- for all the NOISE they're making about the 2 or 3 frontrunners... -So poor Ron is getting left in the "dust"... -listened to by His fellows, but forgotten by the crowds... :(

Ron Paul's message of inaction and isolation ignores the fact that we are part of a global economy and have substantial interests and responsibilities as a world leader.

I've heard his message and reject it. Don't blame the media that Ron Paul doesn't stand a chance.

Wow...I just don't believe you can keep up this silly propaganda for another year. How far down does your man have to get before he drops out of the race? Have you noticed that the more he rants, the higher his voice gets? He needs to calm down to prevent a head explosion!
