I'm 14, 3rd period ever. Using tampax super obsorbancy. how do i kno if its i right??

If you don't feel it then it should be right. If it's uncomfortable or you can feel it when moving then it's probably not right. You should be able to forget it's there (although you must remember to take it out!) also if it's a whole finger up then it's probably right

Remember to use the lowest absorbency possible to prevent TSS. For some women the super is the lowest, but if you could use a regular, I would recommend it.

well first of all, dont use super. use regular, if it your third period it should be tht heavy.
Well anyywayz, its in all the way when if you stand up wiggle, move aaround, you cant feel any pain, or pressure, if you cant feel it, its in all the way. If not you will feel some pain.
