Doubtful. I usually fall asleep fine, but then wake up every couple hours and have trouble falling back asleep each time I wake up. I won't take pills for it because I refuse to be dependent on any drug, and I've tried drinking warm milk before bed but it didn't help and actually just grossed me out because it really reminded me of unfiltered milk straight from a cow's udder. yuck.

Yes I have no problem going to sleep at night nor do I have a problem in getting an afternoon nap

I hope so! I've been up about 19.5 hours now and I really need to get up early in the morning to get through with business and start home. Hope you sleep well yourself!
