I want to go to this pool party but it happens to be on a day in which I have my period. Will a tampon do the trick? or should I not even risk it?

Don't worry. A tampon will do it. Go to the party and don't worry about it. You'll be fine, I promise you. You may want to change it a few extra time then you usually would but it will be fine.
Hope this helped. && I hope you have fun!!

A tampon will do the trick but by the time the blood hits the top of the water it will be clear. The only reason they want you to wear a tampon in the pool when you have a period is for hygiene

Tampon should be fine, unless you have really heavy flow, in which case change it often. Maybe try some (in the pool) before hand so you get an idea? Have fun!

yes. Tampons are totally cool in the pool. But beware, make sure you're using the tampon thats right for you. Sport ones by Playtex are great for swimming.

A tampon is the way to go with that.

Yes, Tampons work. If you want to take the risk go ahead. If you never wear tampons, don't bother trying to go swimming. I WOULDN'T if i was you. Amagine if you leak in the pool w/guys? Good luck!!
