There's a great program started by the Garden Writer's Foundation called "Plant a row for the hungry". See if there's a PAR program going in your area and donate the tomatoes. It's for a good cause!

Okay, now, just in case you don't like to cook you can do what I do and start filling plastic bags and hang them on your neighbors doorknobs. I do this every year and I've never had a single complaint :) If you don't want to do that then you can donate your produce to local shelters or organizations for people in need.

I would clean them all up. and eat them and give them away to neighbors. and throw a few at targets. and make a video documentary of all this for youtube.

Onions, Avocadoes, Tomatoes, in half-inch pieces; add a tablespoon or two of lemon- or lime-juice; maybe a squirt of Lee&Perrins Worcechestershire sauce. Stir.
Eat on crispy unsalted restaurant style corn chips.

Turn them into tomato sauce and freeze the sauce. That is why I grow a lot of basil, thyme, and rosemary next to my tomatoes.

Well you could do lots of things :)

You could make homemade salsa - jar it - and give it to family members/friends as a gift.

You could cut them up and dry them to top on sandwiches.

You could sell them. :P

You could make your own homemade spaghetti sauce, I've never done it but my bf's mother makes it all the time with her extra tomatoes.

Hmm... That's all I can think of for the moment. If I were you I'd make salsa :) Homemade salsa is AMAZING, you can make it mild medium or spicy and it works great for gifts!! I love getting homemade salsa from my friends!

Cook them down whole and freeze them for making sauces later.
.
Share as many as you can with all your neighbors

Give them to the local soup kitchen
