First find the slope of the line.

m = ∆y/∆x = (4+3)/(-2-4) = 7/-6 = -7/6

Now write the equation of the line in point/slope form. Let's use point A(4, -3).

y + 3 = (-7/6)(x - 4)

Now rearrange terms.

6y + 18 = -7x + 28
7x + 6y - 10 = 0
