I'm 24, and up til about a year or so ago I found myself being attracted to women. I thought of myself as being straight all this time until then. Even now, I'm still mostly attracted to guys, and I don't think I want to ever be in a relationship with a woman, but sometimes I fantasize about them. I don't know if it's because I'm seeing it more in the media, or because a lot of guys say it's a turn on, or what it is. What do you think? Do you think I'm bi? bi curious? or still perhaps straight? I'm kinda confused!

First of all, relax! Do you enjoy being the kind of person you are? THAT'S what is important. It sounds as though you have an attraction for some women, but you also have a strong attraction for guys. More than likely you are bi-curious. You need to decide if you want to seek any further into the feelings you have towards women by meeting some that you can be honest with, that you can talk to about your feelings. When the time comes it will be up to you to decide how far to proceed. For now- just enjoy the woman you are with the person(s) you are closest to! Perhaps part of the answer is with some of your best friends....
Good luck!

Well, when I was younger (about 9 or 10) I was very attracted to women, but the talk shows I watched always said negative things about that, so I just pretended that I didn't know what was going on with myself.

I lived like that until I was 17 (which is pretty good -- most people live full lives repressing their true feelings), however, all the while, I had still always thought that women were beautiful, but I didn't want to be in a relationship with them. I knew that guys thought it was a turn on, and it was becoming more apparent in the media.

It wasn't until a year later that I realized I was completely revolted by men, sexually, and accepted that I would be much happier with a woman. I think it was environmental factors that lead me to believe I wouldn't be able to be in a same sex relationship.

So, you are wondering if you are bisexual -- the only thing that leads me to believe that you are not is your age. It is possible to desire to have sex with women and actually partake in it without labeling yourself lesbian or bisexual.

But it is always best to fall in love with a person for who they are, and not their gender. Sometimes it just helps when you have your preferences worked out. If you would feel comfortable labeling yourself as bisexual, just go ahead and do it. It won't affect anyone but you.

You sound like having being put off by a girl you tried to approach.such turndowns on first approach to the opposite sex accounts for your feelings towards the female sex.
That you are attracted to male[same]sex now does not mean you are bisexual. You have to deal with issues of approaching the female sex successfully. Also you could be shy meaning you are scared of being turned down if you brave it.
In relationships two rules are very important.1.you cannot always have your way with all people you propose or approoach.some will definitely turn down your request, some politely others rudely too.
2.You must speak out for yourself as a man.tell the girl that you admire her and want her as a friend even if not for sex.
afterall sex is not all there is in a relationship but companionship.I wonder how you will get along in life without the female sex. They are a very helpfull and useful group inlife so the earlier you learn how to deal with their issues the better.

You are most likely Bi/Bi curious, which honestly is no big deal at all, because only 15 percent of the planet is strictly Heterosexual, and 15 percent of the planet is strictly Homosexual, and the rest are a 2,3 or 4 on the Kinsey scale, which basically means you are Bi.

You might be bi. You will have to check out your curiosity.

Definitely bi-curios. Maybe more. You'll never know if you don't act on it.
