It is there, somewhere.

It will be tucked up under the dash, out of sight and usually flush with the bottom of the trim.
So look up under the panel on the far left it should be there, a flashlight will make it easier to spot.

If it's a coup, then it's a Mitsubishi. They put there connectors to the right of the steering wheel, under the dash looking down close to the center console. It has two connectors close together that has to be used for the diagnostics to work. Chrysler had a hard time trying to get these guys to get with the program and go to the single connector like the rest of Chrysler vehicles. You have to use the two cord connector for this year Mitsubishi.

Keep looking as it should be OBD II and located to the left of the steering wheel and under the dash. The Chrysler Tech is correct if it is not an OBD II vehicle. It then becomes a Mitubishi (Normal, IL) and requires the Mitsu diagnostic connection.

95, it might be somewhere under the hood, if it even has one. When did they start becoming standard?
