I've tried to purchase contact lenses online, from Clearly Contacts.ca.

The website was keep showing 'can't find products' when i clicked - so I phoned them.
This lady said the websites go wrong sometimes so she'll place the order instead for me.
And I have received the invoice e-mailed, rechecked the order, and made payments.

Today, I have received two packages.
One, what I have ordered and paid,
the otherone, some lenses with an invoice for those I have no idea.

I phoned them, explained what I've got.
They said it was ordered online and I have to pay for them.

I told them i have not received any notice or e-mail about this purchase, the lady on the phone that day did not tell me anything about the purchase, they didn't give any tracking # for this order.
I am not a good arguer. And I think they are using this.
Even I've explained everything, they say I'll still have to pay for shipping and handling if I return it.
What should I do?
I've done nothing wrong.

You don't have to pay for anything you did not order. It was their mistake, they have to pay for it. It sounds like a scam. If they don't already have your money, don't worry about it. Just don't do any more business with them. If they try to charge your credit card or bank account, make sure to dispute it.

Last time I checked, you can't order contacts online without a prescription. It's illegal.

You can just write "refused" on the package and stick it in the mailbox. They can't come after you for their malfunctioning website.
