Mychal Bell has three previous battery convictions within two years prior to this incident, and one of them was for beating his grilfriend to the ground, brusing two ribs, and knocking her eye from its socket...while she lay on the ground. Does that sound somewhat familiar?

I detest a low life coward like Bell that attacks someone from behind and Mychal Bell is worse because he is a woman beater.

He's one of the Jena 6. The one that was jailed then released. Yes, I just read it this morning (Friday). He's back where he belongs. Sharpton, Jesse, and the others cried "foul" over his incarceration previously, so he was released due to the publicity. Anyone who did any research on this case at all knew that Bell was on probation already for prior violent offenses...four of them are on his record, I believe.

Thankfully, a judge with some sense saw the light and put this criminal where he belongs.

Edit: I'm a little surprised that people didn't know Bell, the 16 year old *child* didn't have a record and was already on probation. That's why he was the only one of them jailed. It was all over the news on the net. All one had to do was read the text...not just the headlines.

There is no place in polite society for violent scum of poor breeding. He's among many who are doing life in prison on the installment plan. The streets and schools are safer now for good respectful law abiding citizens. Thank you, Your Honor. Justice is slow but sure. God Bless America.

Last part first, I don't think it is worse because he beat a woman. Well not in a legal sense.

Where was all this information when Jessie and gang we protesting.
He really should have been charged as an adult.
I really wish he could get what he deserves.

I'm from Louisiana and we get ALOT of coverage of all that on the local news here...sadly, the news is reporting that there will supposedly be more protests to try to get him out of jail again. Personally I think thats where he belongs. He violated his probation...I dont know what they think they will accomplish this time.

Why in the hell didn't the DA mention of this prior to all this ridiculous circus for this thug?
I truely hope that people realize what a mistake they made rallying for this so called "injustice".

Then justice must be served. I was upset because they kept this child in jail and would not allow him to leave, Now I know why!
