There are 3600 seconds in 1 hour. So if there are 350,000 gallons every second, every hr that should happen 3600 times. In other words multiple 350,000 times 3600.

It is not really that hard you should really be able to do this by yourself but
take gallons per second multiply by 60 to get gallons per minute multiply that by 60 to get gallons pure hour then minus gallons per second from gallons per hour to get how many more the answer is: 1,259,650,000 more gallons per hour

Pretty simple. 350,000 times 60 (seconds) times 60 (minutes) equals:

Multiply it by 60 to get one minute...then by 60 again to get one hour. Don't know why you shouldn't do the work instead of me.
