I took A Home Test For A UTI and It came back postive for White blood cells only. I have a doctors appt in the morning because I have lower back and a little burning in my girl part does this mean i have a UTI ??

Just wondering if anything else causes white blood cells in your urine??

any time you have burning with a combination of WBC, can be indicative of a UTI. If you are experiencing burning and only voiding small amounts it is probabably conclusive of UTI"s. The concern would be when you have back pain is it going into a kidney infection. You need to see your doctor and get some antibiotics. If you experiencing fever make sure you drink lots of fluid and take tylenol for the fever.
